A Story Behind Every Sip
Steeped in tradition, every cup carries the warmth of home and the comfort of stories shared over coffee. Inspired by our Grandad’s love for a perfect cup, our coffee brings back the nostalgia of heartfelt conversations and simpler times.

Where it begin's
Exceptional Sourcing 🔎
Coffee may be one of the world’s largest commodity crops, but to us, it’s anything but ordinary. We work with a local partner to exclusively source the highest-quality coffee beans, grown on small hillside farms across the tropics. By sourcing seasonally, we ensure that we’re working with the freshest harvests from around the world.
We focus on premium varieties of Arabica coffee—like Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuai—each offering its own distinct tasting notes. From there, the interplay of altitude, soil chemistry, and local climate creates an even greater diversity of flavors, unique to every farm.

Releasing the flavour
Masterful Roasting 🔥
Our green coffee beans arrive raw and full of potential, ready for the magic of roasting. Using our expertise, we craft a custom roast profile for each batch to enhance its unique character.
The key moment, known as pyrolysis, releases the aromatic oils within the bean and transforms its flavor. Whether it’s a light roast that highlights bright acidity, a medium roast with balanced sweetness and complexity, or a darker roast with smoky depth, every batch is handled with precision and care.
At Oliver Peters Coffee Co., we believe that the journey of a coffee bean—from tropical shrub to your cup—deserves respect and craftsmanship. The result is a cup of coffee that’s rich, complex, and unforgettable.

OUR HERITAGE
Grandfather's Blend 👨🦳
Our grandfather, Peter Stevens, legacy has been woven into the fabric of OP Coffee Co.
He wasn’t just an incredible man who played a pivotal role in the Norfolk Regiment during WWII, but also someone who cherished the simple joys of life—like a stern coffee by the water while catching salmon & trout.
The logo itself incorporates his passion for fishing, symbolising the steady hand, patience, and resilience he lived by—qualities we strive to embody in every cup we brew.
Here’s to the memories, the inspiration, and to coffee as strong as his spirit.
